Rude staff 😒

The girl on the counter on Thursday afternoon was extremely rude when i went to pick up my order that was delivered to the store. No hello or anything, just looked at me with disgust that I interrupted her phone time. Kept rolling her eyes as if she couldn’t be bothered to walk into the room behind the counter to retrieve my parcel. Never experienced anything like it. Staff training and clearly the hiring process needs to be looked into as well. Seems to be a common theme if you look at other reviews here. The lady with the purple hair on the shop floor however was nice, shame about the other girl on the counter.

I had a very disappointing experience today in the men sliders section. One of the female staff members was extremely rude and impatient while assisting customers. As a customer, I was trying different sizes to find the right fit, which is a normal part of shopping, but I was spoken to harshly and asked to clean up in an unprofessional manner. Customer service is an important part of the retail experience, and unfortunately this interaction felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. I hope the management looks into this and provides better customer service training, as this behaviour does not reflect well on the store.
