We have been using Forest air for many many years. They’re always very knowledgeable, very professional and always know what to do to fix our air-conditioning. They also service them twice a year and it keeps them running perfectly. I highly recommend them

We have lived in our house since 2014. I don’t remember our first interaction with Forest Air but they have been our primary air conditioning company through the years. Overall I am very happy. Maybe some times something wasn’t 100% satisfaction, but it was never terrible. I have felt confident in their work and expertise. Just recently they came out because the water was overflowing from the pipe exiting the unit in the house and wouldn’t stop for days. They cleaned out the pipes and found a lot of slime and blockages that caused the problem. The technician also explained to me clearly what happened and shared they do a maintenance plan. However, he didn’t push or try to make a sell. He was simply sharing options. I never felt pressured to buy anything. We knew about the maintenance plan in the past but never committed. We are considering the maintenance plan. Overall I am happy with the service and timeliness and respect. We have had minimum maintenance over the years and also replaced a unit with them.
