I took my 11 year old daughter to be see for ear pain and as always, everyone at Full Spectrum took such great care of us! From the time we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Ethan who made registration so easy. Samantha called us back quickly as was so kind and welcoming. Robert the P.A.was wonderful! He took time to listen to what brought us in, he asked age appropriate questions and he communicated with my daughter in a way that she was able to answer all the questions herself-which is so important since she was the patient. Robert even took the time to educate both of us in the workings of the inner ear so she could understand what was causing her pain and why. P.A. Cocke is a true gem! Our visit was quick and easy, we were in and out in less than 45 min. Thank you Full Spectrum, you are our go to place for a reason!

Full Spectrum ER was absolutely amazing! I hate going to emergency rooms but when it is a a must this was like being at an ER resort. They took me back immediately, took my vitals did bloodwork and a cat scan within a couple of hours and sent me home with meds and info to follow up with a specialist. Dr Oscar Martinez and his staff were outstanding. They were so kind and courteous. I’m still not an ER fan but if it comes down to it in the future I highly recommend this facility. Thank you for taking such good care of me! Blessings to you Dr Martinez and staff for being such Godly people.

Huge thank you to Dr Hughes, RN Phillip, and staff at FS ER at the RIM for the thorough care and attention to my medical needs. The next day, a nurse called to check on me and ask if I had any concerns. Above and beyond!! I appreciate Dr Hughes and RN Phillips willingness to include me (patients) in my own care. I admire their desire to educate patient and family rather than assuming anything. They understand the patient is their own advocate, and it was encouraged to contribute. No rushing at the office, all of the staff were respectful, polite, and friendly -from front desk to the tech to the imaging tech. It was a very complete work up and a clear direction of a plan upon leaving. I left feeling very comfortable with, especially being included.

I was recently seen at Full Spectrum ER for a terrible migraine that was caused by a stubborn bacterial sinusitis. No stranger to migraine’s, I did my best to mitigate at home for a few days only to end up in the ER anyway. I was greeted immediately by Breanda at the front desk who could see how uncomfortable I was and spoke with a soft tone which I appreciated so much! Bre made the check in so quick and easy, before I knew it I was taken back to a room! I was seen by Dr. Kann and let me tell you, if there ever was some terrible news to be delivered, have Dr. Kann do it! She’s such a delight, just a ray of sunshine. She was so kind, soft spoken with her light as air tone as she could see me struggling to keep my head up. She showed amazing empathy and compassion towards me. She took the time to listen to my symptoms, my history, my migraine triggers. She offered insight into what she believed could be the cause, which in fact was the cause of the migraine. She ordered a couple different migraine cocktails for me and gave me fluids which were just what I needed! I was sent home with meds which did the trick and by the next day I was worlds better! She truly was and IS a God send! My nurse Nancy offered to keep the lights off for me, she was quick and efficient with my line, gave me fluids and all meds ordered. She didn’t seem to mind the attempts by me to make small talk (a nervous habit) she assured me that I could relax and sleep if need be. She was very kind and made the visit painless, which I can attest was so needed! There were a couple times my monitor would beep and in came someone right away to address it and work their magic to cease the noise to my ears lol it was like I was a VIP! Once it was Ms Jessica, who was so sweet, and another time Brian came in, asked me how I was feeling, if they could get me anything etc. Everyone I encountered at full spectrum er was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fast! Everyone here truly made what started off as a bad day, turn into a mini getaway (from my kids) lol. Seriously, I couldn’t have picked a better place for my care! I know for sure where I’m going should I have another need for emergency care, and that’s full spectrum er at the rim! Thank you guys!

I, and members of my extended family, have been patients here and all have a very high opinion of the place. Once you have done the online check in, they save your info and future registrations are super fast. The place is very clean. For my last visit, from the time I presented myself at registration until I left the building was about ten minutes. Physicians assistant Robert saw me that day and quickly used a logical thought process to conclude that my issue was cellulitis. He gave me Keflex and I'm already better. This is the kind of results we have come to expect from Spectrum : they know what they are doing, they have an efficient process, and they get your problem solved.
