We had to take our 2-year-old daughter in after she hurt her arm, and I cannot praise the staff enough. They saw us almost immediately, and the entire team was wonderful at keeping her calm and comfortable. The doctor had fantastic bedside manner—very friendly and reassuring. An xray was needed and the process was seamless and instant. We are so grateful for the excellent care and the positive experience during a stressful time.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Experience with My Toddlers! I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care/ER clinic! I brought my two toddlers in recently, and the entire team was incredible from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were taken back immediately—no long wait, which is a huge relief when you have little ones who aren’t feeling well. The staff was so kind, patient, and wonderful with the kids. They examined them thoroughly, reassured me that everything was okay and no treatment was needed, and we were in and out in about an hour or two total. Super fast and efficient! If you have kids (or anyone, really) and need quick, caring medical attention in San Antonio, this place is a gem. Highly recommend—thank you so much for the exceptional care and kindness! You’re the best! 🙌❤️

Amazing care and support. The entire crew working from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 1/7 were extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond in providing care for my mother when she felt extremely ill. She left feeling completely back to her normal self. Despite working the night shift, everyone acted quickly and provided excellent care. A truly remarkable urgent care and emergency room. Extremely grateful for everyone who was working and helped my mother feel better wonderful people, everyone was friendly and respectful the entire time!

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and never made me feel rushed or overlooked. This was truly an exceptional experience, one that stands out above any I’ve had before. I highly recommend to anybody needing care.

Our family loves Full Spectrum. The wait is never long. The nurses and doctors are so nice. Then are very thoughtful and thorough. Plus they always give the kiddos stickers! Totally recommend them for your urgent care needs in Stone Oak!
