I have loved working with Patricia. She is so knowledgeable and professional. I decided to use a personal trainer because of some health complications (like bad elbows and knees) that made “one size fits all” type exercise routines not doable for me. She always finds a way to work the muscles I need to work without causing pain or injury. The gym is also small and intimate, so not a lot of distractions or random people running around, which is nice.
