Came into this store looking for accent chairs for our living room. Found a chair we liked, and Leah was able to help us order them in in the colour and material we liked. She kept us updated regarding the shipment and arrival. The chairs are perfect for our space and comfortable. for the price point, I would go here again.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Finesse outlet store recently and was impressed with the selection and quality of the furniture. I was torn between two pieces and with Leah’s help was able to select the perfect piece for my room. As we from out of town we were pleased with the pick up and noted the piece was well wrapped for our trip home. I would highly recommend a visit if you in the market for anything from a sofa to wall art.

I fell in love with my friends sectional and she told me it was from Finesse on the west end. I started looking online and went in and the staff are all very sweet, kind, and amazing! Kal and Jadra helped me with various ideas for placement to meet my limited space and measurements. The whole team over there was supportive of one another and very helpful which is wonderful to see. I’m so excited to have my sectional home now - it’s so soft and comfortable! If you need quality furniture for a good price - head over the Finesse to see all that they have - you won’t be disappointed!

I bought furniture for my RV. It took several visits to be sure my measurements were good as there is limited space. I was always greeted immediately and helped with any questions. One part of my order was filled almost immediately but the second was on order. I was kept informed as to delivery time. The delivery was done with such precision and everything was checked to be sure recliner worked, as well as placed in suitable position to accommodate the distance of the recline position. I would shop there again if I needed anything as the service from Leah and the delivery crew is second to none.

I recently purchased a table from this Finesse location and absolutely love it. I can thank Yadra, the salesperson for that. She was so kind and helpful in making sure I got what I wanted. I recently renovated my home and wanted the wood tabletop to match my fireplace mantle and shelves. She showed me all of the available tables and when I found one I liked she showed me all of the options for different wood stain colours and types of bases. She let me take home a number of samples that I thought were close in colour and was able to match it perfectly. I even came back later to buy the matching credenza made by the same company. If you’re ever at this location ask for Yadra!
