Edit after resolution was not found: The manager yelled at me, was unprofessional, and hung up on me once I wanted to talk to an owner. His take? "It's usually customer error anyway, so I'll do what I can which is offer you a free wash" Dude... I don't want you having my money. This "brief" resolution took 4 days to reach. ***DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE*** THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, SWINDLE YOU, AND THEN BLAME YOU All I kept hearing was "The customer has to either; take a wash that levels the value of what we already took from you, making us even.... Or the customer can spend their own time and recources to drive to a separate location (this one has workers there) to get a refund." They had no care for my time, or my recources, and they were not professional. The call service they use was ok. But the manager!? "I am the manager of all locations, there is no one higher than me then hangs up.." He said "ibe offered 2 ways of foxing this. So you are out of luck." But sir, for the first 3 days of me contacting your call center, they promised a card refund from my cash that you stole.... Yes. You stole from me. Period. And hung up on me, and called me wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH Edit after first response from owner: I understand malfunctions happen, but the fact you have no one there, no refund available, and I'm out of $10 is insane. The "ticket" with your call center is going to take 2-3 weeks to process? Insane. I don't typically escalate things or overanalyze, but it's hard to ignore a $10 bill going into the machine, and nothing turns on. The timer is running, and nothing works. Vacuums don't have attachments. This is obvious neglect, and TO THE OWNER: I did not base my "opinion" on a few bad reviews. The customer service call center that you rent out told me that there were multiple OPEN cases just like mine, where we were just WAITING to get a refund. But that's not true? You help everyone? --- you don't even know when your wash is working! What a joke. Original post: So for over 6 months (based on past reviews) this wash has been swindling people out of cash. Card readers won't work, then cash gets swallowed and wash doesn't work. Vacuums don't have nozzle tips, this is horrible. Customer service said they have multiple cases open for this exact reason. (Car wash is stealing from people) STEAR CLEAR OF THIS WASH! they said they will refund me, but I paid cash, so they are going to send $10 to my card based on the honors system, some other day, at their own convenience. Wow. (There's no clerks working to issue refunds. Customer service is in India.) Holy unprofessional and broken car wash. I honestly feel like reporting this to the BBB.

Pretty bad. Can no longer use tokens cash or coin on vacuums but card reader works sometimes for 1.50 extra. 3.50 for a vacuum. Wash bays also need work and upgrades. All in all wouldn’t be complaining if your card reader works. I tried 3 cards one credit with big limit and 2 debit.

Thought I’d run my car through the automatic machine to get a quick wash before heading out of state. It got most of the dirt off but dinged and scratched my door which is through the clear coat so I can’t get it buffed out. No one at the facility to address it. Not worth the money and I won’t be back.

If you’re in a pinch, I just need to rinse your car off this place will do. The power washers are effective, but I wouldn’t call them proficient. Be sure you bring cash because otherwise you’ll pay nearly double to clean your car. On average to rinse off your car if you’re using the high pressure soap and high pressure rinse you’re gonna spend about eight dollars in cash. If you use the foaming brush with the high-powered rinse and you give it a rinse before you hit it with the brush you’ll most likely spend close to $20 of course size of the vehicle is gonna make a big difference if you got a second person that makes a big difference. This is just based on my personal experiences with a Ford or sedan and a Subaru outback.

Self-serve bay took my cash, but the pressure wash and rinse cycles, among others, would not work at all. Spent half my time trying to figure out how to do any car washing before giving up and resorting to the gentle rinse. Certainly didn't clean the car. Extremely disappointing.
