So went there for a tire a repair had an appointment for 930am i didnt get there till 945 I was late. Talked to the girl at the service counter. She got me checked in but said they had 3 cars ahead of me. I dropped off my car got an uber and wrnt home. Got a call saying the tire couldnt be repaired but didnt get a reason, i asked them to get me a new one and she said ok. My issue here was they didn't ask what type of tire i wanted or anything just put one on. Also when i went to pick it up i asked why couldn't the tire be repaired she said she didnt know...you think this is information you might want to have also they just put on my bill TPMS sensor which was never discussed. So that added to the bill i paid it and didnt say anything but i will never go back here again it was bad experience.

Had a really wonderful experience here getting my state inspection. Of course there is always a wait and I was called as soon as my car’s inspection was complete by the end of the day. Greg was readily available by phone and in person to answer questions. I would definitely recommend going here for state inspections and for additional care! Talk to Greg if possible.

They’re absolutely the best, Mr Greg is super friendly and helpful, had a completely flat tire and they’re fully booked for the day. They helped me replace it with my spare tire for 0$ company charges . Thank you so much you saved my day !!!

I came here, to this location, at the end of VAB Blvd, for a tire check before my yearly inspection, and not only did they check everything thoroughly and let me know my tires were fine—they did not end up doing my inspection because it was free at my dealership. I've seen a few negative reviews online, but I honestly have had nothing but positive experiences here. As a woman, I truly appreciate how honest and professional they are every time I visit. There's never any pressure to buy something I don't need, and I always feel respected and taken care of. I fully trust them, and when it's time for new tires, I’ll definitely be coming back. I hope my experiences continue to be this great, but for now, I can genuinely say they’ve earned my trust.
