Brought in my daughter’s iPad due to the screen cracking and was assisted by Jonny. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the situation and told me it’ll be a couple of days to fix and he’ll give me a call when it’s ready to pick up. The very next day Jonny called and I immediately thought the iPad was unrepairable…but to my surprise he told me it was done and ready for pick up! I’ve never had any issues with this location and I truly appreciate the speedy customer service and care they took with my device!

I gave my laptop Lenovo Yoga to this company, they didn't fix anything, and charged me $290. I don't recommend them because they're all scammers and fraudsters.

KiKi saved the day for us. She was able to fix my daughter's screen in an hour. Such a wonderful, kind, helpful woman. I highly recommend Gadget Guru!

Thank you Robin! I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that initially assisted me with situating the stock for the battery change for my Nissan car key. But both of these individuals helped me out with getting it fixed! My car key’s battery was dying out and I didn’t know where to go. I was recommended Gadget Guru by one of my close friends. At the time the battery wasn’t in stock. But once it was they called me. They were kind enough to keep the battery on hold until I was able to come in and get it fixed by Robin. Thank you so much for your time and patience!

They guys are really the best in fixing game consoles and laptops. I brought in My Anbernic 600 that runs Steam OS and it had a broken button that needed to be replaced. I brought in a rubber pad replacement and they modified it to make it a custom part that fit for the replacement. They fixed it within one business day. They also fixed an overheating non working GPU fan in my Stealth GRE Asus Laptop that Microcenter wanted to order a whole new heating pipe system ($300) by taking a replacement part I brought them and they only charged me $100 for the replacement service. 6+ star effort!!
