I met Polo by just doing a Google search for companies that do computer repair. Polo is amazing he gave me a great price compared to the other companies I spoke with him over the phone and I felt comfortable with him working on my tablet he’s an amazing technician and human being. I am a computer technician and I’ve worked on display screens for years but I didn’t want to attempt to work on my Microsoft Surface Pro 11 because of the delicate process of removal of the screen heating the adhesive etc, Polo removed the old screen without destroying it awesome. Polo had my tablet finished within a couple of hours. He is a very honest guy who seems to focus on helping people more than anything else . If I could give him 20 stars I would. I totally recommend using his services.

I had an old laptop that stopped working and was laying in my den for about 5 years. It would turn on but the screen was black and I couldn’t do anything with it. I found Polo during a web search for someone nearby that could possibly help me recover some files and photo folders that I wanted from the hard drive. I had tried to go to Geek Squad at my local Best Buy but they wanted me to make an appointment and the waiting period was long. Polo met with me on this same day and said he could help me retrieve the files off of my hard drive but suggested that he could simply fix my computer so I could use it and access the hard drive again. I never thought that this would be possible but Polo was confident that he would be able to fix my laptop. I hadn’t even gotten back home when Polo sent me some text messages with videos of the inside of my laptop and pictures of my computer screen working. He also gave me a detailed explanation of what he needed to do and the cost of the parts and his labor. Within a week I had my laptop back in working condition. He thoroughly cleaned everything inside, replaced my keyboard, fixed some broken pieces from wear and tear inside the laptop, and added more RAM for less than $300. Wish I had found him and talked to him before I purchased a new laptop. He was phenomenal, worked fast, and very affordable. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if I ever have an issue with any of my laptops.
