The best flooring selection in the Greater Sacramento area, and the most durable! My go to for all my houses. The purchase and pickup are also painless and fast. I bought 1.5k sqft over a year ago, and today I bought another 160sqft and he still had plenty in stock. I was in and out within a matter of 15 minutes.

We asked David the owner/sales to assist us with semi customs cabinets. He came over to measure the kitchen area and gave us a quote. We specifically asked him about the delivery and assistance with appliances door panels and gave him a 3 weeks dead line to delivery of all the items. He asked us that he required full payment upfront which we paid ( a big mistake) and that he would deliver ALL items in 2.5 weeks time frame. Now the nightmare started with this outfit. When 4 weeks passed by and there was NO delivery, we tried to contact DAVID for updates and he had the same excuse that his cabinets supplier was having material issues. Now imagen we have no kitchen and our appliances were in the storage and on top of that we had to renegotiate our temporary rental housing. After 6th week DAVID of German Flooring ceased to return our calls and all attempts to contact him for any updates were going nowhere. We visited his store several times and talked to the other sales folks regarding our DESPARATE situation but it went nowhere. At the end of the 3rd month he made a partial delivery of some cabinets and also sent the wrong sizes or unpainted ones. We have had nothing but a pure nightmare situation. We are now in our 4th month and we may have a delivery of remaining items. My sincere advise is to avoid this outfit if you want to keep your sanity. Please do not become a victim just like us.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with this company in regard to a return for excess flooring that was purchased. While the quality of the product is acceptable, the level of service I received was nothing short of horrendous. My ordeal began when I visited their showroom to initiate the return process for the flooring. To my dismay, I was instructed to go to another building located approximately a mile away. Unfortunately, the instructions provided failed to specify that I should access the back door area, which led to a baffling situation where I found myself entering four different buildings with the same address but different units. It was only after I called for clarification that I was directed to the correct location. Upon my arrival, I was instructed to wait for 15 minutes. During this time, I observed your employees handling returns, but they spoke amongst themselves in a language I couldn't understand, leaving me feeling ignored and confused. After patiently waiting for ten additional minutes, I finally approached them and inquired about the status of my return. To my surprise, an employee abruptly grabbed my receipt, hastily processed the credit, and handed it to me with their back turned, lacking any semblance of courtesy or professionalism. I must express my deep disappointment in this experience, as I oversee a considerable volume of business, including over 200 rental properties, restaurants, and gas stations. I can confidently say that their company has lost any potential future business from my side. I would rather pay a higher price for materials than deal with a company that treats its customers as though they are expendable and unvalued. While the overall experience was abysmal, I would like to acknowledge that the young sales lady I interacted with initially was polite, which is why your company receives a single star in my rating. In conclusion, my annual flooring business, which accounts for $50,000 to $75,000 in revenue, will not return to their establishment.

Bought cabinets and flooring and had them build the cabinets and paid for delivery. I was told one date and then after they were to be delivered (and weren’t ) I was put off for another few days, with zero communication. When everything thing arrived the workers were rough with my cabinets. The paneling was discolored (had a blueish tint) and warped. Missing trim pieces (some pieces discolored like a off white), the crown was the wring crown. The upper above fridge was ordered 36” (standard) and they sent 39”. One cabinet wasn’t even finished painted. Multiple warped doors, and discolored cabinets. When I complained they said they would fix or replace the items and I could come down to do that as well as pick up missing trim, fillers, etc. why did I pay for delivery? Also, I ended up having to go down there 3-4 times for doors. Some are still warped. But the worst part, my vinyl plank flooring that is laid on their best underlayment is buckling after not even 2 years! I am a contractor and I even had a reputable contractor install it correctly. That contractor quit using them because this has happened multiple times they said (they originally recommended german flooring, but not anymore). Horrible customer service, cheaper end products.

Loved my kitchen remodel. Great quality and great price! The two workers 'Roman' and 'Mike V' did excellent job! They completed my kitchen within 6 days. Couldn't ask for anyone better! Before/after:
