We just purchased over 3000sf of wide planked oak engineered wood for our home remodel. Both of these guys were very helpful and considerate during the process, and encouraged not only that we took the samples home but they even opened up boxes from the back warehouse to lay it out in full length boards to show us variation and help in our decision. They really didn't have to spend as much time listening to my indecisiveness as they have and we really appreciate their expertise. They had an opportunity to steer us towards a more expensive product and they actually said they would rather not sell that one to us due to its quality and what we're trying to achieve in our home. 5-star service, professional, and I highly recommend them. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We re-floored our entire house using Del Mar laminate and Chris and all the other guys at WWW could not have been friendlier or more helpful. In fact, WWW was the very first store we checked out - Chris actually talked us out of buying a relatively expensive product that he thought was a poor choice for us - and it turns out he was right (we knew nothing at the time). We subsequently did a lot of research and went to a bunch of other flooring stores - some of which had larger selections - but we came back to WWW for the customer service and prices. No hard sell, no hidden costs, and no hassle. 100% recommended. Chris, if you read this - you and your guys rock!
