Mike is such an amazing personal trainer! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about training and fitness, always supportive, motivating, and fully attentive during every session. I honestly don’t think I would have stayed consistent with my workouts for this long without him. I really appreciate how he gives his full attention during each workout, tracks my progress, and follows up afterwards. He’s also extremely punctual and keeps the training schedule well organized.
