Where does anyone go to get electronic items repaired? That was my dilemma. My beloved Bose music / radio player was defective so where to go? Trust me “get it fixed “ did the job right, effectively and at a competitive price. Their communication was spot on and although only remote they were good to their word and did the job. Plus their checks revealed other issues that they dealt with.

Should have researched this company properly. Sent an amp for repair at start of November 2025. Estimate cost £128. Postage paid by myself. Subsequent contact from them on 10th December stating amp beyond economic repair, and the cost has increased to £166. They have stated I am due a refund. I have contacted them by email several times and attempted to phone them on numerous occasions, all to no avail. They do not reply to the emails and no one picks up the phone. Nor is there a facility to leave a message. I am due £106. I have a horrible feeling I won’t be seeing this. Makes me wonder what has actually happened to my amp. Should have delved deeper and found the negative reviews. Would definitely have gone elsewhere. Dreadful way to run a business. Be warned.

Repaired my A&K portable player replacing a damaged battery. Instructions for postage very clear. Took a few weeks due to need to access parts but returned with care and fully functioning. Very impressed with work and service.

In February 2025 I sent a Bose Wave CD player to Get it Fixed (GIF) for repair which Bose could not do given the age of the equipment. Having outlined the problem to GIF they said they thought they could help and gave an estimated cost. Subsequently they provided a free prepaid shipping label, acknowledged receipt of the player, correctly diagnosed the cause of the problem, advised of a slight increase in cost over the original estimate and further recommended an enhancement to which I agreed. The player was returned and has been in regular use since. All told I think the repair cost about £100 which I consider good value as the alternative was to throw out a good bit of kit. I was very pleased with the service - and would have given 5 stars had some of the communication from GIF been in better English - which is not a criticism but rather a suggestion to help the business in the future. Good luck

Get it fixed repaired my vintage Technics CD player from the early eighties. Now works well , at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. It did take a while to get it done as they are clearly good and popular in what they do.
