This was our second visit to Westerwood with our toddler son. We love the rooms, accessibility and most of all the service and staff are brilliant! Pool area is great too. It's a great all round hotel if you are exploring the area and looking for a mini break. Bravo staff for always making us feel welcome and looking after us!

We attended a spa day receiving 2 x 25 minute treatments, pool/sauna access and 3 course lunch. Julie was absolutely fabulous with the full body salt rub and back, neck and shoulders massage. She made me feel brand new! The lunch was tasty and filling. The service of all staff was exceptional. We were warmly met at each reception, first to direct us to the spa and then to welcome us at the spa for our day. One of our party felt a little faint and we were very well looked after by the staff, both the masseuse and Helen checked in to make sure she felt well. I would definitely recommend as the deal was good value.

Went for Christmas Dinner with family. What a horrible experience. The starter was just passable. The main was horrible. Vegetables hard as a rock. Transparent gravey . Turkey that should have came with a health warning. Staff leaning over your shoulder while you where eating to clear tables. No assigned staff to tables just randomly circleing a large and extremely cold room. Not so much a Christmas atmosphere more of a oliver twist vibe. For the money we paid for this we expected a lot better. Never again 😒
