Hands down the best pilates studio in LA. All the instructors are amazing, extremely welcoming and qualified. They truly take the time to check on your execution, help you with modification if needed, and overall explain every movement in the best way possible. The studio is beautiful and clean, reformers and other props are in perfect conditions. Parking is super easy, which is great in LA. I have nothing to complain about, every class is something I look forward to.

This pilates studio was right near my hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging the class was. Isabelle had a motivating playlist, and the class had me shaking frequently. I loved it! The studio is also very clean.

I loveee this Pilates studio. I would say I’m very picky when it comes to where I spend my time working out. I’ve been to several of Pilates studios and the reason I keep coming back her is because of the amazing instructors; Ericka and Isabelle. They really challenge you and I love walking out of class feeling like I pushed myself. I also love their personality and how genuine they are. They never have a bad attitude and are always willing to help. I took a class with Holly once and she seems annoyed that I couldn’t do a movement after she tried correcting me. Felt like I was inconveniencing her and didn’t feel comfortable. She just walked away even though I was clearly still struggling. Would not recommend her class. The studio is clean and the parking is good too!

I joined a class with Nora and absolutely loved it. It was one of the best reformer classes I’ve joined in LA. She was so welcoming, and her instructions were incredibly clear that I never looked up or around—this hardly ever happens whenever I join a reformer class. And how she got us to change springs, grab props or boxes, and transition was so smooth. And her energy!!! It was my first class at Glow, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. THANK YOU!

The studio is beautiful and I like how the space of the reformer are set up just enough space. These two beautiful ladies are literally the best Pilates instructors in LA. 12/10 recommend. Zoe and Hailey really put their heart in it and it shows. Can’t wait to be back 🫶🏼
