This place is beyond amazing! Best gym I've ever been to. The variety of equipment, the cleanliness, all weights put away, sanitizing bottles and rags stationed everywhere! Just amazing

I’ve been a member here for 8 months and overall, it’s a solid gym for serious lifting. The equipment selection is great—plenty of free weights, machines, and space so I rarely wait around. Staff is usually friendly, and the place stays pretty clean

Parkinson’s Classes are EXCELLENT! All of the Instructors are highly skilled. Their workout routines are specifically designed to help stretch out that tightness, practice balance, and feel stronger. The beach-ball volleyball on Fridays is great fun… everyone is laughing and working up a good sweat! It’s a safe place to come together with people who share the same struggles. No one is judging. Everyone is helping and supporting each other. They have speakers come to share their knowledge about Parkinson’s. It’s a beautiful thing. I’m a Caregiver… and my Client comes 4 days per week… it’s the highlight of his days. I’m so grateful to the people who organized this. What a blessing!
