Today was my first experience with Pilates, and I can say I’m HOOKED! Jess was our instructor and she was fantastic! Her energy, attention to everyone, not making us feel silly if we didn’t know how to do certain things, etc. The aesthetic of the space was so girly too, I loved it. I definitely plan to have a membership here! Laura deserves a shout out too for being so on top of things!

I met Laura today for a private session with my group and everything was 10/10. Clean atmosphere, amazing equipment, clean and spacious. And Laura, the instructor, was so welcoming and kind. She took note that none of us were Pilates familiar so she took her time explaining every move and making sure that form was correct. Amazing experience.

“Where passion meets purpose” is a phrase I’d use to describe my experience at Point and Flex. I booked a private intro session with Laura, but I received so much more. Laura is an AMAZING instructor, she is very responsive, professional, funny and knowledgeable. She made myself and my group feel very welcomed.
