Transition between end of lease and new lease . Jayden from Green St property oversaw the end of lease on our Islington property and helped us find a new tenant in a seamless transition. He communicated with us in a timely manner. He found new tenants within a very short period of time. He noted in detail the things that we could do to regarding repair and maintenance to make the property ready for new tenants. He listed in detail the things that he thought could wait or would need attention further into the new lease. He promptly addressed getting things fixed and has been great at communicating though the whole process. It is great to have someone who we feel that we can trust and rely on looking after both our tenants’ and our interests. I highly recommend Jayden as a property manager.

Peter gave great advice and support through the whole process. I felt really overwhelmed at the thought of selling my property as I had never done it before. Peter explained all the options that would best suit my situation and arranged everything I needed. He kept me informed of the market response and was quick to adjust the campaign to suit so that my property was sold quickly with terms that suited. Peter’s communication and negotiation skills with myself and other parties involved were impressive, he was clear, honest and transparent and I was really happy with the whole process.
