We have had our rental property with Walkom for 4 years now. Have been extremely happy with the service provided, initially with Eleni and now with Alissa. Both ladies have been amazing with timely communications. A big shout out to Alissa who had only recently taken over and has been so helpful in finalising our property. Walkom Real Estate are lucky to having this amazing lady working for them.

Susan Brealey has been outstanding to deal with as the property manager of the unit I have rented this year through Walkom Real Estate. The process of becoming a new tenant and all that it involved, was made so easy and simple thanks to Susan, especially as I was moving from a different town. Susan went above and beyond to give me a virtual tour of the prospective property I was interested in renting, and her communication has always been extremely helpful, timely and positive. I ended up successfully applying for the first property I saw which was presented to us by Susan. Her customer service for both the landlord and tenant was always of the highest standard. I cannot recommend Susan highly enough as a property manager for prospective tenants through Walkom Real Estate. Her highly personable communication style, outstanding level of assistance, detailed knowledge of available rental properties, impeccable business ethic and her willingness to ensure that her tenants have the best and easiest tenancy experience possible, makes her an invaluable asset to Walkom Real Estate Property Management and I would highly recommend her without hesitation to any prospective tenant.

Excellent interaction and support from Walkom Real Estate . I have only good things to say about the selling of the unit with Thomas. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed through the process as time went by. A realistic appraisal of what we could expect to get was given, and the fact we got a premium on that was down to fine marketing and Thomas’s nuanced approach to the sale. Highly recommend him unreservedly!!

It was a pleasure working with Thomas to sell my property in. Newcastle. He was professional, honest and transparent throughout the whole process. Thomas was always prompt in communication and took time to answer all my questions and queries. I had complete trust in him throughout the sale and in the end achieved an excellent result. We purchased recently via Thomas, and we have had dealings with him before. He has always been the kind of person that never applied unwarranted pressure on us to buy, yet always did the right thing for his clients (vendors) as he always maintained direct communication between the parties and was focused on solutions and ultimately a sale. We had to get a few things in order prior to buying via Thomas, which took months. Not once did he ever pressure us or instill any anxiety (fear of missing out) as we worked to sell our property to buy from his vendor. He's a quiet achiever and seems genuine, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and also seemed focused on a balanced outcome. Easily contactable too. If was going to sell again, I'd engage him. Friendly dude and has a sharp haircut, I'm inspired to get a similar one for an upcoming wedding I'm attending. Good on ya Tom.
