Amazing results from someone we now consider a friend. Joel and Adam (his impressive colleague ) impressed us from the very beginning. From getting to know them through other open houses in the neighbourhood to finally engaging them to sell our home, we were so confident we chose the right team. The result of selling our home off market in only 14 days above our expected top range astounded us. Joel and Adam understood the importance of a great result but that we needed it fast due to a pending offer on another property. Joel spoke of our house as a home often and understood the importance of that to us. Joel’s knowledge of the area, market and processes is unmatched. The communication to us from Joel and his team throughout the sale was articulate, displaying outstanding interpersonal skills. Nikeya was such an amazing agent for us! She was kind, clear and considered in all of her communication and was always so reasonable and helpful.
