I had been working off and on on my laptop when it gave out on me. I scrambled around using my contacts for anyone who knew a reliable IT/Computer service and Tim’s name came across a couple of times. He greeted me kindly and professionally and provide options before proceeding to repair my laptop. He also gave me some general tech information as I’m not so tech savvy. He asked ahead before proceeding with simple services like cleaning the physical hardware of my laptop which I really appreciate. He also gave me economical options which was great. I definitely recommend his services. Tim, you would have been so helpful during my college days! But thank you again!

Super happy I found Tim online when my computer sounded like it was going to blow up. It’s an income stream for me so I freaked out! The service plus parts were a great price and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to use my computer until my new part came in AND let me know how I could back up my stuff online to be safe with my business files in the future. Really a genuine guy and I will be coming back for any and all computer help in the future!

The owner, Tim, is really a nice guy. On top of that, he is skilled. He promptly diagnosed my computer problem and was honest about the pros and cons of repairing as opposed to getting a new desktop. He was able to retrieve critical data from my failing hard drive (not yet backed up by me, sadly) and charged a reasonable price. And that was on a Sunday! Highly recommended.

Tim was readily available and quick to get the job done. He assessed my laptop and made sure that what I needed fixed was actually what was wrong with my laptop. He had to order the part online, but did that in front of us and there was no confusion on how much the parts cost or how much he would charge for installation. It was reassuring to have someone honest working on my laptop; as in the past I have been heftily overcharged for parts and service. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone looking to have their PC repaired or upgraded! Note: He was able to travel to the Corpus Christi area.
