Happie Body Pilates is truly the best place for your body, mind, and soul. I’ve been attending Traditional Mat classes for almost a year now, and every single class is the highlight of my day. This was my first experience with Pilates (I do have some previous sports background), and it turned out to be a perfect match for me. The classes are thoughtfully designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. I honestly started noticing changes after my third class - the transformation your body goes through is amazing. Angie is the best instructor ever! She always makes sure everyone feels included and gives personal attention to each person, even when the class is full. She adapts the class based on the group: if there are more beginners, the class is beginner-friendly; if the group is more experienced, the class becomes more advanced. Her level of care and awareness makes such a big difference. The schedule is very convenient too, and booking is easy — you can sign up in person or online through the website. There’s also a public parking lot just a 3-minute walk away (near the Down to Earth store), and I’ve never had trouble finding a parking spot. Happie Body Pilates has been an incredible experience for me. It doesn’t just improve your body - it also introduces you to so many amazing people and a warm, welcoming community. Such an amazing studio! I have been going for a few months now and see such a difference in my posture and back pain. I really love how Angie remembers small details about what you need to improve and knows what adjustments to remind you about. I have seen such an improvement in all aspects of my life since starting Pilates. It's such an amazing studio and I've made such great friends since starting pilates. Honestly, it's such a group of supportive and encouraging women. Amazing place. Highly recommend to anyone in the community beginners and long time Pilates goers alike.
Love love love this studio! Angie and Pete are so great. They are always so reliable and understanding. I’ve only been going for a couple months but I adore the individualized attention in all mat classes and all of the encouragement. It’s truly such a supportive environment. I’ve also noticed that my posture is so much better and I can definitely feel more strength in my core. Angie also remembers little adjustments that you need to make from class to class and adjusts the movement to suit where you are at. I highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in Pilates. 💖

Angie, the owner/instructor, is wonderful! She has a positive energy/vibe and is an excellent teacher. She is patient, explains the exercises clearly, demonstrates the moves, and corrects form. The studio is fantastic: very clean, open, and light. And the ac makes the workout very comfortable. It is the prettiest Pilates studio I’ve ever been to! The location is convenient: located on the ground-level, right off the main street. The parking garage is right across the street from the studio, with 1hr free parking + the studio gives an extra hour validation, which is nice if you want to grab a meal at one of the many great restaurants in the neighborhood.
