Because the owner did not call me back for the time I was late because the appt was at 11:00. She could’ve called me at 11:15 and we would’ve come right away.This is the owner’s fault and because of this yelling match we are done! She would not even be accountable. I have been going to Hollywoof since they opened and I thought I was a valued customer- guess not!

I have taken my Sophie a mini schnauzer there and the groomer Joka works with Sophie. So happy with the work they do. Last week I took her for a cleanup and the lady was so nice Sophie can be a handful but the groomer was professional and understanding. So glad I found this place. They care about doing the best job for the dog and the owner. Sophie doesn't come home freaked out anymore. Thanks

Super friendly and attentive. I believe Diana is the one who always does River. She does an amazing job. Hes always cut exactly as I asked, so soft and smells so good! I also love so much how everyday on fb they post all the fur babies they had in with cute little backgrounds. My favorite part of after rivers haircut is what his photos going to look like 🤣 i also LOVE that he comes home with a bow tie each time. Makes him look like a real Gentlemen!

I highly recommend this pet salon! They did an amazing job grooming our Maltese, Tofu. The haircut was absolutely perfect, and the groomer was so kind and friendly—a truly lovely lady. The service is top-notch, and it’s definitely worth every penny. We’ll definitely be coming back!
