We recently left our two dogs here for the first time while we went on holiday, and I was incredibly anxious about it. I even considered cancelling our trip. But I’m so glad we went through with it. From the start, the communication was excellent. I reached out during the first couple of days, and they responded quickly, giving me such peace of mind. I was reassured that our girls were not just okay, they were thriving. The photos we received showed them having an absolute blast, especially during playtime in the enclosed paddock. It was such a relief to see them so happy and well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave them again. In fact, we’re already planning our next holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving and professional environment for your furbaby. Ps they have come back with the shiniest coats and smell great x
Excellent place for my cats. I have always used this service for my cats, and I am always pleased with the care provided. Family run, and everyone is very polite and kind to the animals. You can feel the love and dedication they have.
We have just used homefarm kennels for the first time and just wanted to thank you for making me feel so comfortable leaving my very much loved dogs with you. I’ve not kennelled my 4 and 5 year old dogs before and was so anxious. I googled and researched and rang a few and I was told by 2 other kennels that I would have to book a minimum of one week if it was august time. I was quite shocked because I didn’t need a week. When I spoke with yourselves you explained we could have as minimal days as we needed. I booked from Friday to Wednesday as we was getting married and wasn’t sure if we was also going to go away for a couple of nights. We decided not to go away and to pick the dogs up a few days early as we’d missed them with it being the first time they’d been left. When we collected Bella and Theo they were so happy to see us but they were also loving the young girl that worked there. I could tell they’d been well looked after and have been fine since being home. Just a little tired. I was also credited for the nights they didn’t stay which I’m so surprised as it was our decision to get them early. It shows it’s not all about the money like the ones that wanted a minimum of a weeks booking!! I’m am so happy and now we have booked our first family holiday in years because we now know we can leave our dogs and be confident they are looked after, thank you so much.
Amazing place, I won’t board my dogs or cat anywhere else! Staff are friendly and animal orientated and I take my queue from the dogs who begin wagging their tails on the way down the track! Highly recommended.
We booked our Beagle puppy in while we went on holiday in Sept and she was absolutely fine! I have no need for concern in using Home Farm kennels again.
