🔥 Energetic & Fun “Loved this studio! The music was on point, the instructor was warm and encouraging, and the class was expertly taught. It was super hot — the kind of heat that makes you sweat, smile, and feel amazing afterward. Highly recommend if you love a challenging, feel-good flow.”
Amazing all the way around. The yoga studio is beautiful and well kept. I've taken classes in the hot and infrared room. Both as beautiful. Hot Hatha with all the teachers were great. They did an excellent job of reminding us to do what postures serve us and take a moment to rest or sip water. Sometimes those gentle reminders are super helpful. I drive 30 mins because this is the only studio that ive found that offers Hot hatha. I also immediately fell in love with the Yin class. My only constructive criticism is I wish the girls at the front seeing I was on a new student pass would have oriented me to where to put my belongings, find props, or a bathroom. FYI the women's bathroom is not marked. 1st one on the left. Men go down the hall! Overall despite the drive I'll continue to come back. So impressed with the teachers!
I've loved Hot Yoga University for the past 7+ years. Last night, I took a non-heated Vinyasa Flow class with Stefanie, and it was a magical experience. She's an amazing teacher who infuses humor and personality into her classes. She offers tons of options for modifications or going deeper. She keeps students safe, the music was beautiful, the flow was challenging, and I got just as many mental health benefits out of the class as I did physical. I highly recommend her! I also love classes with Effie, Lyle, Julie and Carol. The studio offers soothing vibes from the moment you walk in. You feel right at home in a caring atmosphere. Highly recommend for yoga in Scottsdale!
This place is always a great experience. All of the staff and teachers are friendly and helpful. Making sure you feel welcome and that your questions are answered. The classes have a lot of options for all levels and even in the classes the level can be adjusted to what you need. So great options and lots of teachers so you can try new things or stick with a favorite. Stefanie’s classes are always the best but you can’t go wrong with anyone. For sure check it out!
Absolutely incredible experience! I just had an amazing breathwork session with Sybil at Hot Yoga University, and it was truly transformative. Her energy, guidance, and presence created such a safe and powerful space to release, breathe, and reconnect. The entire studio has an uplifting and welcoming vibe clean, peaceful, and full of positive energy. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply renewed. If you’re in Scottsdale and looking for something beyond just yoga an experience that nourishes body, mind, and soul I highly recommend booking a session with Sybil. She’s incredible!
