Perfect for a bachelorette party! Nyla has the hour down to a T - a fun warmup and an organic way to put the routine together plus fun time at the end. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

I found Violet Flame on Class pass visiting PHX from SLC for a couple weeks and became obsessed with this studio, and Nyla! 🌟 This is my new happy place and loved each class from Twerk, Naughty Pilates, Chair and one of her special event nights of World Dance which was an absolute blast and opened me up to all kinds of music and new styles of dance I’d love to explore! Nyla is THE BEST instructor!! She’s an amazing talent and absolute professional performer herself but can still meet you at any level and is incredible at breaking down movements and encouraging you to really get after it and to feel like a total baddie 😎🙏 If you want to learn from the best, challenge your body by moving in new, fun (hot!) ways and get some laughs while doing it, this is the place! Nyla makes every class SO fun! Awesome variety of music as well! Can’t wait till my next visit to enjoy my new favorite, empowering workouts!
