I had other service around newcastle and they never did good, my cat left so stressed and got wound. Maybe my cat was a bit hard to handle but this place is INCREDIBLE! REALLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE CATS 😍

The staff are incredibly gentle and caring. Even though I can’t see the whole grooming process, I always feel completely comfortable leaving my puppy with them. Every time after a wash or haircut, my dog looks beautiful and is in such a good mood. They’re truly attentive and detail-oriented.💕

I recently took my two dogs, Cookie and Pepper, for grooming here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🐾 The staff were so friendly and patient, and they really took the time to make sure both Cookie and Pepper felt comfortable.
