Just completed a buy / sell in Summerlin with IS Luxury. Was a great experience. Would not have done anything differently. They showed me the right houses and we quickly found a house we loved. They also were able to bring a number of buyers by my house and it sold within a few months during the holiday period. My neighbor's house has been on the market for 6 months. Lastly, during escrow we found an issue with my roof and some water damage. Ivan and team kept the buyer warm while I addressed the issue and we closed on time. I would not use another agent in this area. They are great.

Courtney at IS was truly exceptional from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and proactive, and she went far above and beyond at every step to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. What really sets Courtney apart is how much time she invested in understanding me … my priorities, my lifestyle, and what I actually wanted in a home. Because of that, she found properties I never would have discovered on my own and guided me with insight and confidence the entire way. She is tough when it matters, kind always, and a strong negotiator who was fully prepared and completely on top of every detail. I felt supported, protected, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. Courtney is the kind of realtor you hope for but rarely find.

Ryan Zeppernick at IS Luxury recently represented us in a home search in Summerlin and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, highly responsive, and extremely patient as we refined what we were looking for. IS Luxury is hands down the best out there! I initially encountered them when they represented a seller on my last home that I purchased. They were extremely professional and accommodating and gave us a credit for some issues that happened with closing. 3 years later, I found my dream home with the help of Brian and Ivan (after both of them being extremely patient with my wife and I as we looked at dozens of homes over the 4 years). There is a good reason that IS Luxury is dominating the Nevada Real Estate Market... They are extremely knowledgable, professional, and most of all, really good people that genuinely love helping clients find their dream homes. Thanks to the Ivan, Brian, and the IS Luxury team.
