My Tiffany bracelet broke and also needed adjusting. The Hyman team provided excellent customer service. Advised a 3 week wait due to being very busy but I received a call less than 10 days later. Very affordable pricing and lovely service! Will be coming back in the future

I needed to adjust my wristwatch a day to my birthday and all the jewellery stores in Huddersfield, Bradford and I visited said they cannot do it, because it's double sided and it's quite complicated. I got to Hymans Jewellers in Leeds five seconds to their closing hour. I was panting thinking they were going to insist I come the next day, when I mentioned I needed to wear it the next day for my birthday. I was surprised to hear them wishing me happy birthday in advance and they offered to adjust Immediately; and adjusted it in less than 5mins. I had a remarkable experience. I was very happy. I will recommend Hymans jewellers over and over again, they are dedicated,compassionate and Jewellers experts!
