My mother dropped off her MacBook to be fixed. They ordered a screen and we paid them 550 dollars. After they received the screen and realized it was the wrong one we decided to cancel or order with them. They have not sent my mother back her money, we have the receipt and video of the owner saying he would send her the money back. She still has not received a refund for the work that never happened. It's been 30 days. Dont trust your money with this store.

The worst thing you will do if you have a high end or important computer, or in-fact any device is give it to this man, if you doubt, look at recent comments.. He charged a sketchy 50% upfront for a keyboard replacement for my Mac, after a water spill and I got a shocker when he instead ordered it from Temu!! (took like a month too). I obviously refused the plastic keyboard and demanded back my Mac and funds. At this point, he had lost multiple keys and screws and my computer was a mess.. Extra trouble began when he now refused to give me a refund, lying insufferably and stalling for months about "Temu", china, eBay, canadaPost lol. Figured he planned never to give me back and got it charged back through my bank. Almost involved the cops at some point when I went asking for my refund and he released his Rottweiler to scare me. Took several months dealing with him, time wasted, money hanging, when someone else did fixed my laptop quickly in a few days. Terrible terrible experience, never experienced experienced anything like this all my life, 0/1000, DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT PAY THIS MAN A SINGLE DOLLAR, OR YOU CAN AS WELL FORGET IT.

SCAM!!! I saw the positive reviews and assumed it would be a fine experience, take the negative reviews seriously!!! I have a 2017 macbook that needs a screen replacement. The owner of Icon said he found one on ebay and said he ordered it for me so I paid $300 upfront. He said it would arrive in a few days and once it arrived he could install it in ~20 minutes. After a week, I followed up by phone, text & email and got no response. I continued trying to get a hold of him without any luck. About 4 weeks later I got a hold of him on the phone and he said it was at Canada Post and he would pick it up that night with the plan for me to come in the next day for him to install. When I went in the next day he said it wasn't delivered yet. He asked me to leave my computer there but I did not feel comfortable with that, the shop is filthy and extremely disorganized. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of him since and have had no response.

I recently needed to set up a desktop, its been many years out of the computer game. Best buy had quoted me for over 1000$ for a decent office setup. I called Chris to see what he could get me and he was able to set me up with an older but better quality computer, monitor, mouse and keyboard for 500$. Ive been running for about a week now and the setup is really nice. Thanks Chris.
