Realized I had forgotten my phone charger at home the moment I arrived on the B concourse this morning at about 6am. Walked into the store and was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking for. The worker went right to the item I needed and alerted me to it's short comings in comparison to my on brand charger. I appreciated this and purchased, getting in and out in minutes. Very efficient and helpful, clearly a self motivated and cheerful employee. Thank you!

The pixel buds I bought were defective, I didn't get a receipt, and wasn't asked if I wanted one. The worker never acknowledged that I was in the store, and came off as very annoyed that I asked them to get up to get me the pixel buds. Didn't get a thank you, either.

Great little place to get headphones. Kind of overpriced, but still. They had a very wide variety of headphones, cases, and accessories for your phone as well as baggage, backpacks and suitcases to buy and use. They also had neckpillows and stuff that can help make you comfortable on the plane.

Excellent options and staff was so friendly. The manager (Angie) was beyond helpful and really made me feel valued. I'm impressed at the level of customer service I received. A definite recommendation.
