We’ve had an incredible experience with It’s Working Out in Cincinnati. I started training at It’s Working Out this past summer. IWO is a great place to train for all levels of golfers. After you go through your full 3D body scan and your TPI assessment, you jump right into your specific training plan to target different parts of the body that you might not be as flexible and strong. Kristen, Joey, Dawson, and the rest of the staff at IWO do a great job educating you about how your body can force and prevent you from swinging the club a certain way. In my first six months that I’ve been training with them, I have improved my flexibility, increased my ball speed by 3 mph on average, and now I have a better understanding of how to train my body right to feel well on and off the golf course. I’ve also learned the importance of daily stretching to prevent injuries down the road. I truly appreciate IWO for being the only TPI-specific gym in Cincinnati and the great work that they provide! I found it when I was looking for personal training to improve my everyday functioning, following back surgery, and it’s been so helpful that I just keep going. It's Working Out has a variety of TRX and Rowing classes. They also offer golf instruction and yoga. The instructors are extremely friendly and make beginners feel at ease and welcome. I really love the energy that the instructors bring to each class. The classes are fun and interactive which makes the time fly by. Both studios are really nice and new. I would recommend It’s Working Out to anyone that enjoys small group training at all athletic levels.
