I’ve tried a few different pilates studios in the cinci area as well as in different regions and the breathing room is by far my favorite! The atmosphere, variety of classes offered, and the instructors are all fantastic. Each instructor teaches in their own unique way, which adds variety to each class. I typically take the X:form and the Lift classes and both have been an amazing addition to my routine!
Have been coming here for about 6 weeks now and absolutely love it! It’s such a warm and welcoming studio to people of all levels and I have already felt myself getting stronger. The teachers are excellent. Brittany has been phenomenal and truly takes the time to get to know every person in her class and work with them to get them stronger! I love the reformer classes with her and am thankful for her instruction. Rosh’s lift and reformer classes are wonderful as well and she is a great teacher. So glad I found the breathing room!
I’ve never taken Pilates classes before but now have a new obsession. My core is stronger, my arms are leaner and I feel more challenged. The studio is quaint and the instructors are motivating.
I took my first prenatal Pilates class, and absolutely loved it! Very informative and Hadley was great at explaining everything and making sure we were all in the right form. Loved all the side notes on how certain moves will help with labor, and felt like my booty got quite the workout! I immediately bought classes to book more! Can't wait to be back.
The Breathing Room is a bc all around amazing experience. From the beautiful studio to the effective equipment and the educated and friendly staff. From beginners to advanced, everyone will be positively challenged at The Breathing Room with each class offering modifications and challenges for each movement. I have become obsessed with the X-former class as someone who wanted a little more action/movement and strength training from traditional reformer Pilates, this is the perfect class for me. I highly recommend any class at The Breathing Room!
