Got the super wash for interior and exterior; both were not really cleaned at all. Trunk wasn't touched.

I got the hand car wash for $30 plus $6 for tire shine. This is about my eighth time going here and I'm still consistently underwhelmed. When they are finsihed if you look at it from afar, you will be satisfied. If you start to look closely, you're not going to be too happy. You pretty much get what you pay for for $30, a quick hand car wash with the outside being generally clean in the inside having a quick wipe down all over. A lot of small areas will be missed, like seat corners of your seats, near your speedometer, and around your center console/infotainment center. I know what I'm getting myself into, I didn't book a full detailing service but if you were hoping they'd go that extra mile to get the small areas I'd recommend going somewhere else. Overall it's just okay. I would still recommend it to friends and family, and I will continue to go here since it's down the street from me, but I will still be keeping my eye out for someplace better.

I went to wash the car today. It was too bad. The outside was not clean, so I made an excuse that I couldn't wash it off. The inside was not cleaned at all. I just rinsed the foot mat with water. It had never happened before. I also called to complain. The staff who answered the phone was very good, but I was still angry and wasted 30 dollars.

I had melted rubber residue on the trunk of my car and look how my car was returned back to me. Simply amazing.

Very disappointed with the hand car wash I received. I saw several reviews talking about how their car wasn’t cleaned, but I still decided to give it a chance because everyone’s experience could be different. I paid $31 plus a $6 tip for the interior and exterior to be cleaned. I was expecting to leave with a really clean car but I walked out with a car that looked like I could’ve just gotten it cleaned at a $7 car wash. I will probably not be returning here for a car wash.
