I want to formally report a completely unacceptable experience at this car wash. After receiving an interior cleaning service, I noticed clear damage to my glove compartment, caused by what appears to be impact with a hard object. This damage was not present before the service. I returned promptly to report the issue, but the staff showed little willingness to take responsibility. They only showed me a partial recording from their cameras, lacking full transparency about what actually happened. This raises serious concerns, as it seems they are not willing to provide complete evidence. It is very concerning that a business handling customers’ property fails to take accountability for damages caused during service, and does not act honestly when faced with a legitimate claim. I expect proper accountability for the damage and improvements in both vehicle handling and customer service. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
