Filed my extension and desperately needed to get my taxes done before the deadline. I had reached out and hadn't heard back. So me and my friend decided to just show up. She was able to see us both and right then and there take care of us. Fast and friendly.

I have to say they seem like wonderful people and are knowledgeable however very hard to get ahold of during the waiting period. Maybe its different for customers who use her every year but new customers like myself find it harder to contact her. Will update my review as soon as the process continues
