One particular staff member that works there does the bare minimum and always wants seems to be seated at the desk and not help. Directs us to go online and order items and says 'just add to cart guys'. Claims she is more than a sales consultant and staff are 'design consultants' when they ignore you in store and walk around like they are too good to serve people. We have spent considerable money in the store and some staff give us wrong information on sales and once they show you an item, just walk off without saying anything lol. Jardan is incredibly over priced for the quality of the items and the staff there need to go and work at Cotton On or Big W with the attitude they carry around. Incoming letter naming and shaming staff going to HQ this week 100%

Peter from the Paddington show room has a real eye for design and is solution focused. We were really stuck and he was such wonderful help.

We have had Peter Sneddon take care of us here for over two years now. Outstanding service, incredible product knowledge, an ambassador for the brand while completely unpushy or salesy. He speaks like he cares about how our home feels to our family and this matters to us. He’s an absolute credit to the Jardan family.

What an incredible space this is on Oxford Street. The Jardan furniture is so on point and the showroom is styled to perfection The GROUNDED exhibition I viewed there last night was so special, Liz Sunshine’s photos of her Scandinavian journey are exquisite..

Beautiful home store. They were nice enough to give us a couple of magazines showcasing their products to take home as well. We picked up a couple of their linen pillowcases which we're very happy with!
