This place was great! Shardae was the most helpful associate. She not only helped me size my ring perfectly, but helped my mom get hers fixed (something my mom couldn’t fix for 6 years). Definitely recommend.
Shardae was wonderful helping my fiancée and I chose her wedding band. She was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and made the process very quick and easy. She even helped us with another issue from an outside piece of jewelry. The staff at this store are very helpful, friendly, and make the customer experience wonderful. We were also assisted by Annie who had very good advice regarding making certain adjustments
Funny how life goes full circle. I’ve passed this jewelry store so many times and despite previously dating someone who started their career as a bench jeweler for Jared’s, I never had any curiosity to venture inside. Fast forward to a year and a new relationship later…. This Thanksgiving weekend lent itself to that moment. Without any expectations we decided to go in Black Friday evening and stumbled on this unique piece by Le Vian. The perfect 👌 piece for the perfect woman. They had the ring sized down in a day and we couldn’t be happier. Great location and staff. Low key, they need to update those side marketing panels that seem to be dry rotted but exterior aside, the real gems and good stuff is inside! Amazing selections!!!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Laura at Jared’s. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Laura took the time to really listen, walk me through different options, explain the details, and make sure I felt confident in my choice. What really stood out was how genuine and patient she was — never pushy, always thoughtful, and clearly passionate about helping people find something truly special. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel fun and exciting. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows how to make the experience memorable, ask for Laura. She’s the best!
I cannot tell you how amazed I was entering this establishment. Jon Guerra has been the best jeweler for my Fiancé and I and it just reminds me why I will be coming back again and again.
