I had a great experience at JD Sports thanks to Mercie. She went above and beyond to help me find the trainers I was looking for, even checking availability at a nearby store just 5 minutes away when they weren’t in stock at this location. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful she was, she also told me about the JD Status app which ended up getting me £75 cashback. That was a huge bonus I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Really appreciate the excellent customer service friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Big thanks to Mercie!

The service here felt very unwelcoming. The sales staff appeared more interested in chatting with their friends than assisting customers. When I asked a question, I was met with a rude look, which made me feel uncomfortable and ignored.

One of the worst experiences ever, haven’t received the message about click and collect order, in the store waited for 25 min to claim it. Only one cashier. Won’t recommend this store.
