I really cannot praise this lady Jessica, and her staff enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My communication began with Jessica of "Jessica Hair & Clothing Boutique" regarding a shirt/blouse I wanted, along with a pair of trousers. Jessica replied almost immediately and I purchased a few items from her shop. There was a initial delay on the items, however Jessica's excellent communication kept me updated when possible and all the items arrived: I purchased the Annie shirt in hot pink 💖 and it is stunning, the size s/m is perfect and it is so pretty ~ W😍W ❣️ The black palazzo trousers look lovely when worn 🖤 the flowy, wide style are very flattering and comfortable ❣️ The black ruched blazer 🖤 I am very impressed with, it is slightly roomy (I ordered a medium size), and I'm glad it's a little generous/roomy so I can wear it over both lightweight, delicate tops and something more heavyweight ❣️ I am very pleased with all the items and they are very good value for money 😍❣️🤩 During the time of waiting for my items to arrive Jessica went above and beyond to exceptional measures with communication 🙌 even though at the time she was actually on her honeymoon and became "stranded" due to the USA/Iran situation causing flight problems 🥺 Jessica and her staff were outstanding in a time which can be very difficult to navigate. Jessica was friendly, polite, courteous and extremely professional, displaying understanding, alongside being a remarkable businesswoman 🤩 I also recieved a couple of extra items as an apology for the delay ❣️ Just incredible... not many boutiques/shops would do that, and it has been very much appreciated 🤩 I highly recommend Jessica Hair & Clothing Boutique, the clothes and the service are just amazing ❣️ Thank you Jess and team 💐🌸🌻

I have ordered a few things and always found that emails and messsges are responded to. First thing I ordered appeared to go missing- appear it was Royal Mail issue. There was no hesitation in a second one being sent out and when I finally received the first I returned this. Always happy to answer queries on sizing etc so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use again

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Messages/emails initially ignored, refunds promised repeatedly but never actually issued, and a preorder which took 3 months of chasing. Finally, after multiple false promises, I was sent tracking details, advised I’d receive a FULL refund and told I could KEEP the items due to all the inconvenience - again, the refund never came. Frustrated at this point, I decided to request my first ever bank chargeback, which was unbelievably disputed by Jessica because she had the proof of delivery photo…I’m completely gobsmacked, be careful ordering from here

I ordered two blouses which have been late getting to me. I have since had contact with the owner who has sorted this out and posted them out to me. Service since has been great and I am now awaiting my shirts. Thank you for sorting this out for me. I have purchased other good from yourself and found the clothes fab and such great prices.
