Bought a one month pass for my kid and I think it's worth every penny if you have the time to come nearly every day. My home is small and coming here allowed my daughter to run play and get all get energy out right before dinner. There's plenty of activities and play areas and it's not too crowded during week nights. My kid gets to play and I get to relax and do peaceful doomscrolling. Win win for everyone
I’m writing this review to help other parents make an informed decision. I purchased a 2-hour play pass for my children and my nephew. Just a few minutes after they entered, I realized I needed to leave earlier and politely asked if it could be reduced to one hour or if a partial refund was possible. Unfortunately, I received inconsistent answers from multiple staff members. One person said it might be possible but that the owner was on a flight and couldn’t approve it. Another said all sales were final. Someone else called it a “wholesale/final sale.” There was no clear or consistent policy communicated. When I finally asked what they could do for me, the only thing offered was water. At that point, it stopped being about money and became about customer experience and communication. The place was very crowded, hygiene did not feel well-managed, and I didn’t feel confident about how capacity was monitored. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children. Clear policies, transparency, and basic understanding go a long way.
We used love this playground when it was just opened. Now it is so crowded and disorganized! Too many people, mostly adults. Small children don’t even have room for play. Kids older than 6 years occupies attractions for little children. Toys and balls are everywhere. The place became unsafe!!! Employees do not even watch that people follow the rules. The management should retrain the staff and return the place to safe and organize area!
My toddler loves this place, and so do we! It’s perfect for toddlers. I recommend coming on weekdays because weekends do get crowded. They have a trampoline area, a big ballpit, lots of slides and climbing, and other things for little ones to play with. In addition, they do have some coin machines and even massage chairs. I took off 1 star because they need better crowd control on weekends. They also need to clean the floors and everything better. Other than that, a must for kids.
Have been here multiple times now. Everything is new. Lots of fun for kids. But there are a few issues with this place: 1. The entry/exit gate is not monitored (there is someone technically sitting there but he is on his phone so doesn’t seems to care). 2. Restroom is always out of order so you have to go out and go to Target to use their restroom (which is super annoying because in the evenings there is a line and a problem if you are coming here with more than one kid. 3. Your entrance is timed (which is again- very unfair if you have to leave the facility to use the restroom). 4. It’s fairly pricey. 5. It doesn’t look like they actually clean the place throughout the week. You see hairs, small pieces of trash everywhere (see pictures)
