This place is ridiculous. They never “fix” the restrooms. But looks like if you pay for a party the bathroom suddenly works. Rather all parents go to eastridge because in case of an emergency you have to get your kid to Target. Such an inconvenience. Or the staff just doesn’t want to clean the restrooms so they say it’s broken. Don’t recommend this place at all.

They need to do some things for the rest room , I took me son here every Sunday cause is very close to my house, but every time we come the rest room always out of order, they always say “” you have to go to Target “” near by instead of say sorry or “ please go to the Target “ . 👎

Amazing indoor place we paid 22 for 2 hrs for kid . Not a problem but my BIG COMPLAIN IS BATHROOM ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE,. And believe me is not they just signed like that so we don't use it. They need to do better and fix this issue. Is not easy with kids to look for another bathroom.

This place is overprice and the cashiers does not want to work at all (no greeting, 2 were on the phones and 1 was eating). In order to sign a waiver form, it requires to create an account which takes a lot of time. The ball pool does not have enough ball, which very dangerous when jumping.
