Definitely the best indoor play space inside the city. A big upstairs playground area with dedicated spaces for ride-on vehicles, ball pit, etc. Downstairs has a GREAT pretend play area with kitchens, tools, costume/dress-up, etc, and downstairs also has an mini-arcade area. There's a small cafe attached to it that you can order various Asian and kids menu foods. Love the variety. This place definitely gets busy on rainy days but there's plenty of space, especially with the downstairs area, that even on the busiest days you're not feeling TOO overwhelmed like other indoor play areas.

Very big and fun place. The restroom (male) is a little dirty and wet on the floor. Must wear your shoes. The family restroom had a big puddle of water on the floor. Absolutely wear your shoes. If they clean the floor more often, it would be great. Must give time to go down to the basement, it is fun down there too. Everywhere else is fairly clean clean.

I wanted to leave a review for this indoor playground. The reason is simple: for families like us who struggle to find a clean, safe, and well-designed indoor play area in the city, this place is truly perfect. It’s a park that appeals to all kids from ages 2 to 7, with very clean play zones and—most importantly—excellent safety. On top of that, the food is very healthy. And above all, the owner and every staff member are incredibly helpful and friendly. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I had such a wonderful experience taking my four-year-old to WOW Indoor Playground on Labor Day! As a parent, finding quality entertainment options open during holidays can be challenging, but this place was a real lifesaver. The facility is absolutely delightful - bright, colorful, and designed with children’s imagination in mind. The multi-level play structure is impressive, with climbing areas, slides, and themed sections that kept my little one engaged for hours. I particularly loved the ocean-themed area with the ship and sea creature decorations - it really sparked my child’s creativity and sense of adventure. What impressed me most was how clean and well-maintained everything appeared. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I felt comfortable letting my four-year-old explore independently while still being able to supervise easily. The layout is parent-friendly too, with good sight lines throughout the space. The holiday pricing was $30 for the day, which felt reasonable given the quality of the facilities and the fact that they were open when many other places were closed. I noticed they offer membership options as well, which would be great for families who plan to visit regularly. This is exactly the kind of place that makes parenting a little easier and a lot more fun. My child left exhausted and happy, already asking when we can return. For families in San Francisco looking for a safe, engaging indoor play experience, WOW Indoor Playground is definitely worth the visit. We’ll certainly be back!

We had an incredible experience at Wow Kids Playground and can’t recommend it enough for families looking for a fun and exciting place for kids to play and explore. • The staff is exceptionally accommodating, with Susan being a standout! She was always quick to respond to emails and texts, and when our son had a medical issue, she was so kind and understanding, making it easy to reschedule. Susan went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, and it really made a difference to us. • The venue is spacious and newly designed, with a wide variety of activities that kept our 2-year-old entertained for hours. My husband and I had just as much fun! • We chose Wow Kids Playground for our son’s 2nd birthday party, and it was the perfect decision. The staff was hands-on, helping us with both setup and cleanup, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. Everyone had a blast! We’ll definitely be returning, and we highly recommend this spot for any family outing or party.
