I love my instructor, Cindy, and I love the camaraderie of the silver sneakers and her other class participants. I trust Cindy has our best interests in mind as she has geared the classes appropriately for women in their 60s-80s. When substitutes come in they do a good job, but I can tell they are used to much younger participants. I never get sore after Cindy's classes, but I do have more energy, feel better and am getting toned. I can now get up off the floor without holding on to anything. This is the longest I've stayed in an exercise program in my life. I've encouraged many of my friends to check out the Y programs.

Daughter sat on soiled underwater for at least an hour. I made staff aware when I picked her up and the response was “ok.” My 3 year old said they told her to wait because it was story time. We have also had an incident with an elderly gentlemen being verbally abusive to me. Reported him more than once. Spent months feeling unsafe, just found out he was asked to leave, but I was never made aware of this. I was just told he had rights as a member.

Childwatch let my son sit in poop for over an hour while I worked out and I got a call while I was standing in the room to pick my children up. His diaper was so full of poop it fell off and poop was running down his legs. When my older daughter tried to help they called her a “liability”. She told me that she told staff that my son had pooped and they said “we won’t change him. He’s too big” when I wasn’t aware that this was a “new” policy. The staff is always complaining to me about how my children have “severe behavioral issues”. I am deeply saddened to feel like my children are not being taken care of and now i feel as if I shouldn’t let my children go into childcare because I am concerned for their safety as this place feels like an unsafe environment to leave children especially now that I know that they are knowingly letting a child sit in poop. That is negligence in a child care facility. SIDE NOTE: a few years ago in child watch a toy cubby that stands about 3.5 feet high fell on my 1 year old son because it wasn’t connected to the wall. I have been going to this gym for 18 years. Nothing but positive experiences until recently and it all boils down to child watch. Childcare is overrun by too many children and not enough staff. They are allowing too many members at this facility and I feel as if they are at or near capacity during all times child watch is open. I am very sad to see this facility turn into this. The gym is amazing, the classes are amazing but childwatch gets a 1 star. It needs A LOT OF WORK.

10/10 - Our 2 year daughter is going for the last 6 months. The experience has been fantastic. The staff at the child watch goes above and beyond to pacify our kid. Child watch literally has been her first social outing and she has improved tremendously in her nature over these months.Highly highly recommended.

😍Love this YMCA! ☝🏾Especially the ☀️outdoor water park💦 that has huge 🏊🏽♀️ pools, a wading pool with water 🤿 activities for smaller children, a 🌊cyclone/spinning pool, and a 🛝waterslide. Indoors their are many areas for the kids to venture to like: rock 🧗♂️ climbing, playground with tunnels and a slide, air hockey 🥌 table, indoor 🏊🏾 pool and even a daycare! Great place to take the kids for the day. So happy WE have a family YMCA pass! 😉😎
