Unfortunately Stevena have a customer that with his income qualify to buy a home, he presented 3 different offers in different houses and none of them was able to close because he didn't have enough money for the down payment and closing cost and at the end they were negotiating with the seller to pay for her client. I was in contact with the agents, but finally he was no able to complete the transaction, during the time of my contact with the client the necessity of money to close the transaction was advise.

Stevena, is a really great realtor I'm so glad I picked her when I was searching realtors on google. She is a natural at being a realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone. She listens to people concerns and she really works hard to find people what they want in a house and she remembers the things that people don't want. She makes the experience feel good and makes you feel at ease through the whole process. She is really involved with the house search like she's looking for a house for herself. Stevena, communicates very well and she takes time to listen to your concerns Stevena, tells me if i have any questions i can reach out to her at anytime like the door was always open and welcoming. She made the experience feel like I wasn't just another number. Really great person and loved working with her. On a scale 1 to 10 I will give her a strong 10.

Stevena was great. She made this crazy process so much easier. Even when we had roadblocks, she took the information and called the people for me.
