Laura Banks is one of the best therapists that I have evee met. She is such an adorable person, with a great ear. She is smart and delicate. I love how she keeps a track of my mental health and her ability to continue our conversation right where we left it on our previous session. I would highly recommend her. She is an incredible professional, and the time with her just goes too fast. I wish I was able to see her on a daily basis. She is assertive, and has the capacity to be in "my moment"; if I laugh, she laughs with me, if I cry, I can see her understanding of my feelings on her eyes. I feel blessed, lucky and thankful for having her. Gotta try Laura, you won't regret.
Eva Escobedo is the absolute best therapist out there. Hands down. The improvements I have made in my day to day life, I owe to her. She has a comforting presence and has allowed me to show up free of judgement as I am, but directs me towards a path that has opened up a life for me that I didn’t know I was capable of. She asks the questions that challenge the thoughts that have stunted my growth. She is tough in the ways that every person needs to grow and comfort in the ways that keep you coming back every week to do the hard work. I honestly have no idea how I made it so far without her but I am so grateful to have had the blessing of being matched with her at Just Mind 2 years ago. I never thought I’d say this, but therapy is the highlight of my week. I’d recommend for anyone out there that is contemplating making this jump, allow Eva to be the highlight of your week as well!
I am currently doing couples therapy with Just Mind. Our therapist is flexible and always asks the right questions to make us think about how we can grow as a couple. We also did individual sessions after the first session which was nice because it allowed us to individually voice our concerns and explain what we want to get out of the therapy. The environment is very soothing and they even have stress relieving toys and offer you tea during the session.
