Angel is a very thorough coach. He's very knowledgeable in everything boxing and teaches the skillset very well. There isn't a better coach in the city to train with.

Coach Angel is a great trainer. I have been working with him for about 2 months on basic fitness training with some boxing. I have appreciated his positive feedback during our sessions. He pushes in a way that feels like he’s stretching your natural ability instead of yelling at you to just go harder. That has been great for me.

Coach Angel got me right physically and mentally when I was at my lowest, and a great therapist! He will guide you to reach your goal!, but keep in mind, only YOU can achieve your goals. He will give you the recipe, you just have to cook!
