Not only will you learn technique, you’ll also be supported by a phenomenal team whom are very motivational and well-knowledgeable in the sport ! The facility we train at has been a sanctuary for me. Not only does Aaron help you improve you physical well- being he will also guide you through a state of inner calmness. Aaron’s style of teaching is very holistic so you will learn the art of being a warrior inside and outside of the mat. A bonus for me is him teaching me pranayama , learning how to have awareness of my breath so I can be a better fighter , but also have mental clarity as I navigate through daily life.
