Sequoia Training Club has been the first place where I’ve really felt comfortable working out. The environment is so welcoming and inclusive that it takes away a lot of the intimidation you can sometimes feel at a gym. The facility is always clean and well set up, and all the trainers are friendly and supportive with each other and with clients, which creates a really positive atmosphere. Taylor has been a huge part of that for me. He’s not just a great trainer but also a thoughtful manager who makes sure the space feels approachable for everyone. His workouts are challenging but encouraging, and I’ve made more progress here than I thought I could. I’d definitely give Sequoia 5 stars for the space, the team, and the community they’ve built.
An extremely well maintained gym! I come here a few times a week and really enjoy the facilities offered. Taylor is the facility manager as well as a trainer and does an amazing job at both. The trainers get along well with one another and even attend each others’ training sessions. Overall a great atmosphere and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.
Such a great experiences with the manager, Taylor and the other trainers there! Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and down to earth. You can tell they’re doing this because they truly love helping people and not just for a paycheck. The facility is always so clean and the equipment is truly top tier! I absolutely love going to Sequoia Training Club! My friends and I train with Taylor Roberts, the Facility Manager. He’s a great coach! He’s enthusiastic, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he gets to know you so he can tailor the workouts to you. I have gotten a lot stronger and toned since I started taking his classes. Sequoia is very well organized and full of great equipment. There’s a lot of diversity in the equipment you can use which helps the trainers tailor the workouts to their clients. The facility is clean and well maintained. Also, it’s fun to see all the trainers interact because they get along so well with each other. Everyone at the club is so nice and easy to get along with! I highly recommend going to Sequoia Training Club. :)
