I've been searching for a meditation center with regular weekly sessions. Not only that I found KMC, coming here is a life changing experience. Kelsang Tsoglam's teachings are very practical with a touch of sweet humor. Guided meditation before and after each session is a priceless jewel. I'm very fortunate to be a member of such an incredible meditation place. Looking forward to be a better human for self and others with the guidance of KMC.
I often visit Houston and when I do I always make sure to schedule myself time for meditation at KMC Houston. I am always impressed by the peaceful and calming atmosphere that has been created in the heart of a giant city. The meditation sessions are tailored to accommodate both beginners and seasoned meditators in a clear way so I always feel very supported. This is a great place to unwind, learn and grow and I can always count on that when I visit. I can't wait to return!

A very welcoming Buddhist center. Lot of meditation classes are available. Theit website helps me to follow their weekly classes. A place of refuge for Buddhists and non-buddhists. The Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Wangpo is a very warm and welcoming American monk. I will visit this place every time I am around💕
